Privacy Policy
Yosanie Ltd ("Yosanie," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of users of our website and services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard information when you use Yosanie, including integrations with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft (Outlook), and LinkedIn. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. Please review this page periodically.

Collection of Your Information
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:
Account and Profile Data: Information you provide when you register or configure the Service, such as your name, email address, company details, billing information, and preferences used to operate your Yosanie account.
Derivative / Usage Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed.
Payment Data: Payment-related information needed to process subscriptions or purchases. Payment card details are typically processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Yosanie beyond what is needed to manage your subscription status.
Integration Data: Information obtained when you connect third-party accounts (for example Google Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, or LinkedIn) so we can provide the features you request. Google Gmail and Google Drive user data is described in more detail under Google User Data below; Microsoft Outlook mailbox data is described under Microsoft User Data.
Use of Your Information
We use information collected about you (other than Google user data) to operate the Service, including to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- Deliver LinkedIn content generation, scheduling, analytics, lead workflows, and related user-facing features.
- Process subscriptions, payments, and account-related communications.
- Monitor and analyse usage to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This does not use Google user data (including Gmail or Drive content or data derived from Google APIs).
- Notify you of Service updates and support-related messages.
- Send product updates or marketing communications about Yosanie where permitted. Marketing does not use Google user data.
Google user data is used only as described under "Google User Data" and "Google User Data Use, Sharing, and Limited Use" below — not for advertising, marketing, selling data, or training generalized AI / ML models.
Google User Data
If you choose to connect Google services, Yosanie requests only the Google OAuth scopes needed for the production features currently offered:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly— to list and read relevant Gmail messages (for example LinkedIn notification emails) so we can identify warm engagement and create or update leads for you.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose— to create Gmail drafts and send messages you approve from your connected Gmail account.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly— to read files and folders you select for Google Drive sync campaigns so we can build a content pool and generate LinkedIn posts for your review and scheduling.
Gmail
Gmail data we may access: OAuth tokens required to maintain the connection; Gmail message identifiers; sender/recipient metadata; subject lines; snippets and message body content needed to parse LinkedIn notification emails; and draft/send metadata associated with outreach you initiate in Yosanie.
How we use Gmail data: only to provide these user-facing features — syncing warm LinkedIn engagement emails into your lead workflow, generating or preparing outreach content for your review, creating Gmail drafts, and sending approved emails on your behalf. We request the narrowest scopes needed for these features; a send-only scope would not support draft creation, and without read access we cannot sync LinkedIn notification emails from Gmail.
Google Drive
If you choose to connect Google Drive, Yosanie uses drive.readonly for Drive Sync campaigns.
Drive data we may access: OAuth tokens required to maintain the connection; metadata for files and folders you select with the Google Picker; and file content read at sync time for supported types (for example Google Docs, plain text, PDFs, and common image formats).
How we use Drive data: only to provide Drive Sync features. You choose specific files or folders via the Google Picker (an allow-list). We sync those sources into a campaign content pool, apply privacy review and PII scrubbing, store redacted summaries (or exclusion reasons), and generate LinkedIn posts from approved summaries for your review and scheduling. We do not use Drive content outside your Picker selections for posting.
Minimization: Raw Drive text and file bytes are not persisted long-term. Approved content items retain redacted summaries used to power the campaign; excluded items retain only an exclusion reason.
Google User Data Use, Sharing, and Limited Use
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google APIs (including Gmail and Drive APIs) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Without limiting the foregoing, Yosanie will not:
- Sell Google user data.
- Use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized ads, ad-measurement unrelated to providing the Service, marketing, or credit / lending decisions.
- Transfer Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or advertising platforms.
- Use Google user data for any purpose other than providing or operating the prominent user-facing features that use those integrations (Gmail lead sync and user-approved outreach; Google Drive sync campaigns and related LinkedIn posts). We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, resale, or training generalized AI / ML models.
We may share Google user data with subprocessors that help us operate the Service (for example cloud hosting, infrastructure, or AI API providers), solely to deliver the user-facing feature you requested, under contractual obligations that restrict use of the data to providing those services to us. AI providers are not permitted to train their general models on that content. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
AI / ML Handling of Google User Data
Yosanie may use AI / ML systems to help generate outreach drafts, summarize or describe selected Drive content, draft LinkedIn posts, and related user-facing features. Where raw or derived Gmail or Drive user data is involved:
- We do not use that data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI / ML models.
- Any use of that data with AI providers is limited to providing the specific user-facing feature you requested (for example drafting an outreach email for your review, or generating a LinkedIn post from an approved Drive content summary).
- We do not transfer Gmail or Drive user data to third-party AI services for those services to train their general AI / ML models. We rely on API providers whose terms prohibit using customer API content for model training.
Microsoft User Data (Outlook)
If you choose to connect Outlook (Microsoft 365 or a personal Microsoft account), Yosanie requests Microsoft Graph delegated permissions needed for the same inbox features offered for Gmail: reading LinkedIn notification emails to create or update leads, and creating drafts or sending outreach you approve from your connected mailbox. Permissions typically include Mail.Read, Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, and User.Read, plus offline_access for token refresh.
Microsoft data we may access: OAuth tokens required to maintain the connection; message identifiers; sender/recipient metadata; subject lines; snippets and message body content needed to parse LinkedIn notification emails; and draft/send metadata associated with outreach you initiate in Yosanie.
How we use Microsoft data: exclusively to provide user-facing features in Yosanie — syncing warm LinkedIn engagement emails into your lead workflow, generating or preparing outreach content for your review, creating Outlook drafts, and sending approved emails on your behalf. We do not sell Microsoft user data or use it for advertising.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in limited situations:
By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe disclosure is necessary to respond to legal process, investigate potential violations of our policies, or protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share information as permitted or required by applicable law.
Service Providers: We may share information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, customer support tooling, and AI API providers used to deliver user-facing features. These providers are authorized to use the information only as needed to perform those services. Google user data remains subject to the Limited Use restrictions above.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example authentication and session management) and, where applicable, to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality. Cookie and product-analytics practices do not use Google user data from Gmail or Drive APIs.
International Transfers
Yosanie may process and store information in the United Kingdom and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to help protect personal information and Google user data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage of OAuth credentials. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored online.
Data Retention and Deletion
Gmail, Outlook, and Google Drive OAuth tokens are retained while the corresponding integration remains connected. You can disconnect Gmail, Outlook, or Google Drive at any time from the Service (Integrations). Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens from our active systems and stops further API access for that provider.
Email-derived lead and outreach data (for example leads created from LinkedIn notification emails, engagement event metadata, and draft/sent outreach records associated with your account) is retained while your Yosanie account and related lead workflows remain active, so the features you use continue to work.
Drive-derived content (for example Picker-selected sync sources, redacted summaries, exclusion metadata, and posts linked to Drive content items) is retained while your Yosanie account and related Drive Sync campaigns need that data to operate.
To request deletion of Google-derived data associated with your account, contact hello@yosanie.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to residual copies in encrypted backups (which are overwritten on a rolling basis) and any data we are required to retain for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
You may also revoke Yosanie's access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time via that provider's account permissions settings. Revoking access or disconnecting an integration stops new API access; please contact us if you also want previously synced Google-derived records (including email-derived leads or Drive-derived content) removed from your Yosanie account.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may update account information in the Service, disconnect integrations such as Gmail, Google Drive, or Outlook, revoke third-party OAuth access through the provider, and contact us at hello@yosanie.com to exercise applicable rights.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Related Terms
Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
